Z-Point Processing - ZPP

Z-Point is a simple process that involves the use of the subconscious mind.

Our subconscious mind controls many aspects of how we feel, what we think, and what we do. It does what we tell it to do, on a continual basis. The problem is that we often "program" our subconscious mind to respond in a certain way without even knowing we have done so. For instance, we may have had an experience of getting hurt on a bicycle when we were very young. We have an automatic thought, "I'll never be able to ride a bike without hurting myself." We may not remember having had this thought, but our subconscious mind remembers it for us. Years later we may wonder why we have never been able to ride a bike, let alone participate comfortably in any sport that involves speed or the potential for falling down.

Another example of this can play itself out in our relationships. Imagine you had your feelings severely hurt by a good friend when you were very young. In response you thought, "I'll never get close to anyone ever again because all they do is hurt me". The subconscious mind registers this and plays it out in your life. Years later you find that you have never been able to develop a truly close friendship.

With Z-Point we use the mind in a very conscious way, allowing ourselves to reprogram our subconscious. We can replace old patterns and limiting beliefs with new patterns of thought that are more healthy and life-giving.

The technique is very simple to learn and apply. It can be used anytime, anywhere - in the car, in the grocery store, in bed while waiting to fall asleep. There is no tapping and no remembering of meridian points. As with EFT, however, it is recommended to begin the work by seeking a practitioner experienced in facilitating the Z-Point Process.
