Energy Works for us when it is in balance and flowing freely as it was meant to. Everything is energy. We look around at all matter - the ground, the trees, the sky, our homes and everything in them - it's all a form of energy. Einstein believed there was only a single energy, a "unified field" expressing itself in many ways. We, too, are a part of this unified field. Our physical body is a denser form and within it are subtler forms. The body and its energies are intelligent. We can dialogue with this intelligence to move ourselves out of struggle and into balance. Learn to use a combination of energy therapy techniques to clear limiting beliefs and physical or emotional blocks that get in your way. Learn to deliberately create the life you want. Basic Themes Behind My Work: • What we focus on we ATTRACT. • We are POWERFUL CREATORS. When we have a clear intention and a passionate desire we attract what we desire. • We block our creations by not being in alignment with them, thus not ALLOWING them to manifest in our lives. • Our EMOTIONS are a gift from our inner being to guide us toward joy. • We are all ENERGETIC BEINGS, expressing at different frequencies. In our lower frequencies (fear, anger, blame, sadness, pain) we shut down. At higher frequencies (appreciation, gratitude, love, happiness) we open. • Energy moves along pathways in the body called meridians. Lower frequency energy can get stuck, recycled and programmed into the mind and body causing a DISRUPTION OF THE ENERGY SYSTEM. This disruption can cause us to be stuck in physical and emotional pain. • We can free this stuck energy and CLEAR any pain with specific, simple to apply energy therapy techniques. • As we clear our energy system our bodies and our minds begin to function at higher frequencies allowing us to connect to the JOYFUL state that is our birthright.
