After having spent 18 years as a Vice President in corporate America, Kathy refocused her career in 1999 and launched her company, Energy Works, a business dedicated to assisting others in opening to a balanced flow of energy in their lives.

Kathy is a licensed Massage Therapist and Energy Therapist. She is an Advance Certified EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) practitioner, Z-Point Processing facilitator, and a yoga instructor. Through all of her work she focuses on teaching people how to re-connect with their joy and well-being.







Kathy is a recipient of the ATHENA Award given by The International ATHENA Foundation for leadership and mentoring, was named Woman of Achievement by the YWCA and has been recognized Woman of Distinction by The Business Press. She is a past Chairman of the Board of the Greater Riverside Chambers Of Commerce.

Kathy and her husband, George, are avid cyclists. They teach mountain biking clinics, lead group rides, and "take to the wilderness" every chance they get.
